Attorney General Coleman Announces Medicaid Felony Indictments For Five In Louisville
FRANKFORT, Ky. (March 3, 2025) – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today that an investigation conducted by the Attorney General’s Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control resulted in the indictment of five individuals in Jefferson Circuit Court. They were arraigned Monday. On February 27, 2025, a Jefferson County Grand Jury indicted Vendetta Anderson, Keshia Payton, Tiffany Trumbo, Charese Williams, and Charles Williams on one count of Devising or Engaging in a Scheme to Defraud the Kentucky Medical Assistance Program (KMAP) valued at $1000 or more (Class D Felony).
