Attorney General Ford Announces Sentencing of Las Vegas Woman for Medicaid Fraud
Las Vegas, NV – Today, Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford announced that Brittany Jackson, of Las Vegas, was sentenced for Medicaid Fraud. The Honorable Judge Schwartz adjudicated Jackson guilty of Submitting False Claims: Medicaid Fraud, which is a Category D felony. As part of her sentence, Jackson was ordered to serve 12-48 months incarcerated (suspended). Additionally, as part of the conviction, $100,000 was ordered to be paid.
