Ultra Radio Dispatch Service Agreed to Pay $61,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Paying Improper Remuneration

On October 9, 2024, Ultra Radio Dispatch Service, Inc. (Ultra Radio), Bronx, New York, entered into a $61,000 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Ultra Radio paid remuneration in the form of cash in exchange for referrals of Medicaid beneficiaries for transportation services.
