Report Materials

In accordance with the Electronic FOIA Amendments of 1996, each Department is required to electronically submit available annual reports. The annual reports specify a variety of numerical benchmarks such as: The number of requests received and processed, reasons why the agency may not have released requested records, the number of appeals and the results, fees collected, and the number of staff and staff hours devoted to processing requests.
