For Federal fiscal years 2009 through 2013, the Minnesota Department of Human Services underreported the Federal share of Medicaid collections to be refunded to the Federal Government by approximately $2.8 million and did not accurately report approximately $305,000 of the Federal share of Medicaid collections.
