These recommendations come from OIG audits and evaluations performed pursuant to the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended. This publication is responsive to requirements of the Inspector General Act. The top 25 unimplemented recommendations in this edition derive from audits and evaluations issued through December 31, 2021.
